Little story about me: I have a degree in Architecture and Design and a Masters in Sustainable Architecture. My Masters degree was one of the most challenging things I've ever done but what an accomplishment!
One day I'll get back into it but for now I'm enjoying raising my son and getting the chance to work couple of days a week with little minds, exploring, playing, creating, paiting and just having fun with them and my little business.
I have always enjoyed being creative, drawing, painting, building, is my happy place, is part of who I am, so everytime I get the chance to decorate or create something I will do it, I love it.
Here is a little project for my sister's office we did over the school holidays. We re - decorated it using little bits and pieces we already had, moving things here and there and also adding that cute touch with the paper bird houses I hand-made for her. They look absolutely stunning and go perfectly well in her office space, not only in the kids bedrooms. Find what you have, make what you can and just make it work and you will be surprised, no need to be super expensive or trendy just interesting, functional and inviting, an extra tip: op shops are the best for finding quirky and one of a kind pieces 😉
